Key goals were to reduce development time and improve productivity/efficiency of engineering team.ActionsImplemented Agile development process to break stalemate between Engineering & Product Management. Completely reorganized engineering team in US and India.Results• Agile process reduced development cycle from 6 months to 3 releases in 15 months, including a significant redesign that was on a trajectory to take 12 months. • This allowed the sales team to sell the new release at least 6 months earlier than they expected. • Revenues grew from $1M to $4M during this period.• Trust significantly improved between Engineering and Product Management teams.• Success led directly to acquisition by CA. -

Methodology was adopted company wide.• Morale and respect of the HCM QA team was transformed; ultimately people from other BU’s were routinely applying for positions within the HCM QA team. -
