Major accomplishment includes:• Reduced costs 33% by combining 3 Agile PLM systems into 1.• Moved from paper (legacy) PLM to Agile PLM, generating a minimum 10% costs reduction.• Understanding the Agile PLM modules (EC, PG&C, PPM, ACS, etc.,). Most were replaced by designing SDK equivalents, saving a licensing fee increase per User. • Recognized a 20% costs reduction by folding into the ECO the BOM, MRP, AML, and components.• Created an RoHS roll-up (SDK) for components and assemblies, indicating compliant/noncompliant.• Updated MRP information daily in Agile PLM, creating a 10% cost reduction.• Configuration, Customization (SDK) of the various Workflows and Objects.• Created an SDK which automatically transferred a released ECO to the ERP (SAP).• Project Management (PM) and Leadership of the team, stakeholders, and local & offshore Users.
