Acquired their buy-in for system improvements/upgrades when appropriate.• Allowed Engineers to select preferred components from within Agile PLM (15% cost reductions).• Created an SDK which supplied automatic daily reports via Excel, SharePoint, Tableau, etc.• Trained users and stakeholders as to their local installations and troubleshooting of Agile PLM.• Worked remotely 8+ years to increase productivity with offshore Users/Stakeholders.• Worked with the team and/or alone to bring Agile PLM from version 6 thru to version 9.
