Managed 350 people working multiple shifts at Somerset and 55-person union parquet flooring operation located in Oneida, Tennessee. Oversaw effective management and profitable operation of both plants, using Lean Manufacturing and other process improvement techniques to drive improvements continually in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and service in multiple value streams. Developed three-year strategic plan and associated budgetary requirements for execution.

Implemented plant-wide Lean manufacturing system, improved cost structure, enhanced operating performance, oversaw regulatory compliance, and built training capability. Oversaw 500 employees and $107,000,000 budget in driving process improvements throughout operation as well as increasing operating capacity, new technology implementation, new product introduction, labor optimization, and work standardization.
