Implemented plant-wide Lean manufacturing system, improved cost structure, enhanced operating performance, oversaw regulatory compliance, and built training capability. Oversaw 500 employees and $107,000,000 budget in driving process improvements throughout operation as well as increasing operating capacity, new technology implementation, new product.
