Led day to day activities of 8 engineering recruiters for Fortune 500 Automotive clients for various managed service providers.  Partnered with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and account managers to share market research, strategize, and increase productivity, resulting in increased revenue generated and MSP scorecard statistics. Collaborates with and mentors recruiting team around ATS KPI’s, recruitment process excellence, candidate control/experience, and negotiation tactics. Developed and implemented comprehensive recruitment plan outlining multiple resources, actions, and the frequency of which they are to be leveraged to help bridge gaps and increase output for contract and permanent placements. Formulated and executed a proactive pipelining strategy that resulted in a cost reduction of over $500,000 in activity-based expenditures in 2019.

Led day to day activities of 6 commercial recruiters and 2 Professional/Technical recruiters for Fortune 500 clients in the industrial manufacturing and automotive sector. Regularly provides comprehensive ATS KPI updates to clients, operations partners and senior leadership.  Collaborates with and mentors recruiting team and operations partners to exceed strategic business objectives and refine recruiting process. Creates and provides multiple weekly reports on team performance, client forecasting, and market conditions. Performs market rate analysis (MRAs) and collaborates/negotiates with internal and external clients to refine recruiting process deliver breakthrough results.

Partner with internal and external customers to support client needs through recruiting efforts for the AMERICAS Global Talent Solutions (GTS) division. Collaborate with client vertical recruiting manager, recruiters, and cross-functional leadership to provide recruiting solutions and avenues to support ‘real-time’ staffing requirements. Negotiate billed rates, leveraging comprehensive MRA’s and statistics, to ensure candidate retention and client competitive edge. Placed over 250 head count at Dow Chemical resulting in multi-million dollars of gross profit in 2017.  Recognized by executive leaders of Kelly for excellence in service and was awarded the 2017 William Russell Kelly Award.

 Collaborate with recruiting manager, recruiters, and cross-functional leadership to provide recruiting solutions and avenues to support ‘real-time’ staffing requirements.  Liaised with local businesses and media broadcasters in preparation for launching recruiting campaigns.  Track total candidate start statistics as well as communicate post start quality control information with external customers. Designed and implemented strategic job postings to target multiple niche groups of job seekers specific to customer requirements.  Monitored individual recruiter performance and progress to identify and areas for improvement.  Liaised with branch managers on future and current employee needs as well as feedback in candidate interviews and starts. Placed over 50 technical service advisors with Apple and 60+ drivers/driver helpers with FedeEx resulting in successful completion of each project.
