I'm Mechanical Engineer, Post Graduate in Industrial Management and have more than 25 years of professional experience.I have professional experience in the manufacturing area, having worked in national and multinational companies, mainly in the auto parts sector where I worked for 15 years in the company Timken do Brasil.I have experience acting in the management of people and productive processes. Experience in Lean environment using tools such as VSM - Value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, balancing production lines, analysis and definition of product families, elaboration and conduction of training, management in sight , andons, TPM, among other tools.I had the opportunity of contribute to the implementation of lean manufecturing methodology in the productive area in a multinational company.I also have experience in conducting work for the international certification of machines and equipment, conducting CE Marking works for products destined for the European Common Market and UL, NSF and CSA Certification for products destined for the American and Canadian Market. Close relationship with certification companies and laboratories of electrical, mechanical and other tests.I'm also a co-founder of a group of Scouts where I develop, during the weekends, social work involving children and young people, aged between 7 and 21 years old, and adult volunteers.I have international experience acquired through participation, as a Staff, in a worldwide activity of the Scout Movement held in the Netherlands in 2015, 2019 and 2023. In 2015 I participated as a staff, being part of a team of 25 people from different countries, developing various activities over 15 days . In 2019 and 2023, I coordinated a financial project that enabled the participation of young people and adults in the event, which was attended by 3,500 people (young people and adults) from different countries.
