Customer Experience Associate
Current- Daily Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via tickets (email).- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with Tailor Brands’ products and new features.- Training Improvement: Influence the way training is provided to enhance product knowledge and customer experience (CX).- Service Quality Enhancement: Identify knowledge gaps and problematic workflows to improve service quality.- Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Tailor Brands team.- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.- Customer Empowerment: Help customers align their goals and challenges with solutions offered by Tailor Brands.- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve the customer experience.
