Overall Portfolio includes 710+ request for 2022 and 240+ for 2023 split up in Back-Office, Front-Office, and Technology.- Program Management, lead programs in coordination with IT Leaders to ensure benefit realization, budget, time, and identify dependencies with other workstreams. Relevant programs are oriented to improve TCOs, Security, GCP, Azure, Nutanix, Network, Data Bases, transform Back-office (ERP, HCM, Payments), and Front-Office (Landmark, Salesforce, CMS, Digital Apps).- Operation Management, track BAU, Enhancements, Integrations, RPA automations to improve operative processes and FTEs.- Software Development, partner with Engineering VP to establish a Software development/testing COE and enable an Agile Software factory with a group of vendors with expertise in technologies such as Microsoft, JAVA, Oracle, SAP, RPA, Azure, GCP.- Tools & Process, IT process reengineering to integrate Mexico/USA- Reporting, responsible for 25+ Sr Managers based on Mexico/USA

- Establish the PMO governance to accomplish the transformation strategy for Sales commission and collection of non-performing loans operation to ensure the benefit realization and report KPIs to C-Level (CTO, Sales, and HR Executive Directors).- Define the modernization portfolio to implement the SAP Sales Digital Platform, replace legacy systems, develop integrations with Datawarehouse, IPC, SAP-PI, SAP-BW, and banking data sources. 18 K+ people impacted in the transformation.- Lead portfolio execution with 8+ project leaders, software factory, vendors in Mexico/USA to ship deliverables, coordinate workshops to carry out reengineering process, and collaborate with consultant experts to enable a change management strategy.

Design the PMO methodology to track all SaaS cloud implementations for credit management solutions and being the first contact with Customer to agree deliverables, implementations roadmaps, Billing and track Operative KPI.• Redesign IT processes to track requirements accordingly with PMO methodology, Pre-Sales, Finance, AMS Support and DevOps.• Lead the software development factory 25+ and technical project leaders 8+ in an Agile environment to implement solutions, develop enhancements to SaaS platform and solve issues in production environment ( JAVA, ORACLE, MVC, SQL, PL-SQL, Microsoft .
