- Conduct advanced TEM and SEM analysis of a wide range of semiconductor devices, including Image Sensors, NAND, DRAM, MRAM, ReRAM, FRAM, power, and logic devices, across process nodes down to 5 nm- Perform comprehensive structural and material analysis for major semiconductor manufacturers, providing critical insights into device performance and fabrication processes- Prepare samples for TEM and SEM analysis using various techniques, such as CMP, ion milling, and FIB sectioning, to ensure high-quality imaging and data accuracy- Capture and analyze SEM, TEM, and STEM images, leveraging advanced material characterization tools like EELS and EDS to extract in-depth data- Interpret imaging and material characterization data to assess device structure, materials properties, and potential defects- Provide accurate effort estimates for semiconductor process analysis and collaborate on developing industry-leading best practices for device analysis- Collaborate with process analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive analysis and insights to clients- Perform cost analysis modeling for manufacturing processes of NAND, DRAM, and emerging memory technologies, providing clients with strategic insights into production costs- Implement process flow block analysis for cost modeling, based on in-depth materials and structural analysis of devices
