With a double degree in Data Engineering and Marketing/Business, I am a professional passionate about developing innovative and efficient solutions to combat fraud and protect user data. I graduated in Salvador University in Marketing/Business and from KSTU in Engineering, where I learned to combine technical and business knowledge to deliver improvements for my clients and partners.Currently, I am the Business Development Director for Brazil at JuicyScore, a leading company in non-personal and behavioral data analysis with machine learning and artificial intelligence. In this position, I manage the team, develop new partnerships, expand the Brazilian market and implement effective marketing and sales strategies. In all my experiences, I contributed to increasing revenue, customer satisfaction, reducing risk and fraud in their operations, increasing retention, using CRM advanced tools, CS skills, KPI analysis, business management, transactional knowlegde and international development tools.
