Planning, scheduling and production control of component manufacturing sectors. Analysis, interpretation and maintenance of information and cadastral data of items in the ERP. Contact with suppliers of services and monitoring of remittances and returns of goods to them. Inventory control of raw material and production inputs. Interface with auxiliary areas (engineering, commercial, supplies, etc.) looking for solutions to difficulties in the production area.

Programming and logistics planning, being responsible for the analysis and conversion of purchase and manufacturing orders of inputs and production components predetermined by MRP, contact with suppliers in matters related to the fulfillment of orders and support to the areas related to the products of the portfolios that were divided into two types in the period: at first they were composed of items supplied by third parties, consisting of approximately 2,500 active items in the period, rotating approximately R $ 230,000.00 per month in the acquisition of these items. In another stage the portfolio consisted of internal production products, in the line of plastics and fibers, and composed of approximately 1,500 active items with a turnover of approximately R $ 180,000.00 per month.Effective participation in various Kaizen programs during this period helping to solve various problems identified by the teams.

In the period between October 2012 and January 2015, I exclusively worked in activities focused on improving the material management process of the company. I was responsible for collecting, tabulating and analyzing the data used by the group involved in the project. With the actions developed by the group were identified and solved problems that avoided unnecessary expenses in the order of approximately R $ 24 million with wasted materials annually.Effective participation in the restructuring of the Central Warehouse of the Planalto unit during 2009, being responsible for the structuring, definition of spaces, layout and visual identifications of the warehouse, also responding to the planning, programming and control of the stocks of the materials stored in it. The portfolio consisted of approximately 500 items divided among safety materials, hygiene, expedient, hand tools and quick wear, as well as chemicals and flammable.
