Stockland Group is the largest diversified property group in Australia. In my role, I lead analysis, planning and strategy development to identify and execute on M&A deals. Originated private capital for both internally and externally generated opportunities. A key member of the Group Investments Leadership Team, I collaborate with the business development, mixed use origination, capital solutions, research and organisational strategy teams to drive effective outcomes.Selected achievements - Led the $1.3 billion acquisition of 12 master planned communities (MPCs) from Lendlease, the largest real estate M&A deal in Australia in 2023 and the largest MPC transaction ever in Australia.- Led all aspects of the equity financing including capital formation with Supalai (Stockland’s 49.9% capital partner) and their Australian advisor, Gersh Partners.- Secured leading Australian lenders to underwrite a debt package on attractive terms.- Conceptualized, campaigned for, and overcame opposition to influence Stockland to enter the fast-growing LLC senior living sector resulting in this division generating $73 million in profit from the business in 2023 with potential for over $300 million in the next few years.- Innovated and pioneered a novel analytical approach enabling Stockland to win the hotly contested purchase of the Halycon business – a leader in the fast growing LLC seniors living sector - for $ 620 million.- Managed a competitive process with a range of well credentialed Australian and international investors to establish the Stockland Residential Rental Partnership (SRRP), a programmatic partnership with the aim of cementing market leadership in the LLC space.- Collaborated with Mitsubishi Estate Asia (MEA), the selected partner, to pursue a selection of inorganic opportunities.- Leading and developing a team of direct reports, building capabilities to effectively operate both internally and externally.

The Youth Impact Foundation exists for the young people of Australia, by providing opportunities for their wellbeing and ongoing development, especially for those without the means or ability to access resources and support. It leverages its organisation, model, and people to provide low socio-economic or disadvantaged young people access and opportunities to engage with life-altering programs and camps. I have been a director since its establishment in 2022.Selected Achievements- In the first 13 months of operation, the foundation has run over 200 programs reaching over 18,000 students. 414 students attended camps (89 on full or part scholarship).- Four charities have been acquired and integrated since inception. With the Board and CEO I lead the execution of these opportunities including overseeing due diligence and developing appropriate protocols.

I have been a director since the establishment of Burn Bright in 2014.Selected Achievements - Supported Burn Bright’s growth to serve over 350 schools, working with over 105,000 young people. - Implemented appropriate governance protocols to enable the organization to develop and grow very significantly over this time.

- Implemented and refined non-directional option strategies, generating profit regardless of whether the market moves up or down. - Built positions in stocks benefiting from identifiable secular trends, in several cases generating 100%+p.a. returns over 3 year holding periods- Successfully advocated with directors and management of several portfolio positions around strategy, execution and investor communication

I undertook capital raisings for listed and unlisted securities (including initial public offerings and follow-on offerings) and advisory (including advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestments and trade sales) on behalf of a range of clients, predominantly Australian based REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts).
