I joined Datapipe as a part of their acquisition of Adapt in Dec 2016. I continued to build and support Adapt's virtualization and storage platforms but my role also expanded to include support of Datapipe's global virtualization infrastructure.

I joined TNT Express ICS as a Storage Analyst in the Enterprise Services: Storage Projects team providing SAN storage and backup services for business projects.My primary responsibilities were the design and implementation of storage and backup solutions, the creation of supporting low level documentation, and acting as a support escalation point.Key technologies:- Hitachi based enterprise block storage – HDS, HPE, Sun- Brocade and Cisco SAN- Symantec NetBackup- NetApp NAS and VTLs- VMware vSphere 4.x

Working in a team of 10 engineers, I supported the business’ IT infrastructure consisting of ~100 physical and VMware-based virtual Windows servers, Avaya telephony systems, and Huawei network infrastructure across 5 sites in the UK.My role started as a desktop support engineer but developed to include ownership of the SAN and NAS storage systems and CommVault backup infrastructure.Key technologies:- HDS USP-V block storage (TrueCopy, ShadowImage, COW snapshots, HORCM, HDLM, HPtM)- Cisco MDS SAN (VSANs, IVR, FCIP) - ONStor and NetApp NAS storage- CommVault Simpana 7/8 backup environments- Windows 2003 and 2008 servers- VMware ESX 3.5
