Previously, I was the COO and Vice President of Operations at Branch Technology, where I helped pioneer the use of digitally generated manufacturing with robotic autonomation to produce world's first free-form architecture and construction composites for facades, sculpture, installations, and housing. At Thrush LLC I raised $2MM in a private placement memorandum and executed a full cycle manufacturing business that delivered 50K units to fill Home Depot US stores. At Werner Ladder Co. I led the operations team through a lean transformation using visual management tools, ISO-9001 certifications and self-funding incentives boosting productivity gains. These breakthroughs increased stakeholder value by reducing conversion cost from $11 to $5 per unit, saving $41MM annually. I have an MBA from The University of Texas at El Paso, and I am fluent in English and Spanish.
