Responsible for Commissioning and Start-up of the biggest relocation project of its kind ever undertaken. It inolved the relocation of two entire trains for a period of 65 days per train,. The project finished both ahead of schedule and under budget.

› Lead a team of (I & C) commissioning technicians in areas relating to solvent waste distribution, atmospheric conditioning, building management systems, access control and Honeywell automated processes.› Reported daily progress to the designated Silo Specialist as well as facilitating efficient cross shift handovers.› Fully commissioned the Simplex fire suppressions systems for the entire Maintenance Support Facility.

› Responsible for successful handover of 40 + construction and commissioning projects with 0 LTI’s for a duration of 6 years. › Supervised construction and commissioning activities within the Kiernan’s organization for multiple industrial and pharmaceutical projects involving both electrical and instrumentation disciplines.› Oversaw the installation, calibration and maintenance of all project related flow, pressure, temperature and level control systems. › Installed and tested multiple fully functional labs, vessels, clean rooms, motors, pumps, HVAC, BMS, heat-trace, lighting, pneumatic controls and ABB and Delta V DCS systems. › Built and commissioned the first of its kind Kilo Laboratory, which scaled down a fully functional plant to allow for quick batch process investigation and technological advances in the field of pharmaceutical production.
