HaMitpara is an educational hub for creative, sophisticated and meaningful adult-learning experiences: Courses, conferences, events and delegations abroad. Our programs focus mainly on identity questions and transformative, effective and productive encounters between Jewish Israelis and their conflicting counterparts (e.g. Diaspora Jews, Palestinians, 4th generation Germans etc.)Our mission is to bring conflicting groups together to explore powerful questions they choose and articulate related to their identities in a professional setting (internship programs). We also support organizations' educational staff in their educational work, equipping them with relevant tools to design and execute creative educational experiences that really matter and truly touch the heart as well as the mind.

• Curriculum design, implementation, and end-to-end execution of the department’s strategic programs for 300 students per year (Courses, Conferences, Missions abroad).• Defining, planning, and facilitating a cross-departmental projects work plan in collaboration with stakeholders across the college (FRD, president and CEO offices, etc.).• Measuring KPIs and assessing learning effectiveness and impact, adapting and changing program features in accordance with findings.

Facilitator and organizer at CoME (Communication Middle East) of Israeli and Palestinian dialogue program in Cyprus. Responsible for recruiting and building a Jewish Israeli group, creating andragogy-based preparatory seminars on the topic of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, design 10-days dialogue program and leading dialogue sessions for group members.
