• Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, credit reports, and other relevant documents to determine the borrower's ability to repay the loan• Development of the international financial model to calculate the internal rating• Monitor and manage loan portfolios, reviewing financial performance and credit quality of borrowers (interest, fees, costs)• Collect and analyze financial data to prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding loan performance and credit risk (Tableau and Power BI)• Preparing detailed financial models including the development of sensitivity scenarios (Excel, Python, SQL, R)• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as portfolio managers, traders, custodians, and clients• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations, participating in training and professional development activities as required

• Preparation of regular reports of global PPM perimeter regarding profitability, risk and main KPIs including monitoring of portfolio development over time and economic explanation on portfolio and single name level• Provide risk-return profile on ad-hoc requests of F&A- and CIB senior management by analyzing the main systems• Take over responsibility in group wide projects with senior management attention: serving as entry point for project lead or other work streams regarding business related matters for projects with regulatory and / or economic background• Serve as a contact person for various interfaces to sister departments in the bank, in particular CFO, CRO, Origination, Senior Bankers and Controlling• Cooperate with colleagues in other legal entities on harmonization, in order to establish group wide reporting standards for the global F&A portfolio and the respective asset classes• Development and maintaining of a database for internal purposes via VBA Excel, SAS, Access

• Regular updating of the Facility Information Sheet according to the terms of the loan agreement• Monitoring of the data collected by UCB London in LoanIQ and data consistency in relevant EuroSIG systems (especially Facility increase / decrease schedule and Adjustments)• Research and processing of internal / external inquiries on the corresponding (credit) transactions• Monitoring of compliance with deadlines (payments, fees, financials, etc.)• Request for required documents / information from the lead manager or borrower• Correspondence and coordination with the responsible relationship managers, KSB2, Product Specialists and Loans Operations in London• Proactive working on running Projects• Involved in the documentation of loan agreements with a specific focus on administrative matters• Development and maintaining of a database for internal purposes via VBA Excel and Access

Risk Control and Reporting• Production of the reconciliation / controlling / board and business line reports on the subject prevention of risk (SLLP non-/significant, GLLP) for internal and external users• Maintaining and development of the internal Risk prevention database• Analysis, monitoring, investigation and explanation of the SLLP / GLLP deviations in the production and simulation (changes in BV, IR, CF, EAD, LGD, PD, etc.)• Automation / Production of the reports via (SAS, Teradata, Oracle, Access, VBA, Excel, Power Point) from the different sources• Support in simulation and scenario calculations including the back testing procedure• Proactive working on the IFRS 9 Project with different department in the bank

• Supporting different divisions of the bank: CIB, CRM, Finance, Legal, Credit Ops by providing the monthly, weekly, daily and ad-hoc reports within given deadlines from the different sources across the bank• Implementation/testing of the new requirements into the process• Automation of the reports via modern tools: Visual Basic for Excel/Access, SQL (SSIS), Oracle• Assistance in the preparation of the MIS Reports including analysis, investigation, charts and the Power Point presentations• Ownership concerning the critical issues and escalations with Control Rooms/Clients
