• Primary responsibility for planning and execution of internal financial audits under SOX requirements for all entities within the Bel Fuse group located in Europe (UK, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy)• Taking part on SOX internal audits located outside of the EU in USA, China, Hong Kong under SOX requirements• Managing teams of external consultants of 1-3 people helping out with individual audits• Mapping the company’s processes, identifying gaps within the processes and writing recommendations to management and BOD on how to mitigate these gaps• Preparation of the flowcharts and narratives of the corporate’s processes• Identifying controls and control’s deficiencies within the processes and preparation of control matrices• Providing coaching to local finance folks on SOX requirements• Responsible for IT audits within the Bel Fuse group worldwide for both, Local Domain Servers as well as General Computer Controls over the ERP applications (Oracle R11, Oracle R12, Manage 2k 6.5, Manage 2k 7.3, IFS)

Execution of in-charge role on audit and review engagements based on local statutory accounting principles, IFRS and US GAAP; • Drawing initial conclusions on client queries, being primary alert to both commercial concerns and technical accuracy; • Project management on assigned clients consisting of audit strategy development , budgeting, scheduling, allocating human and other resources, including flexible adaptation to workloads; • Leading and supervising of audit teams (1-4 members); • Identification and proposal of solutions for issues relating to accounting treatments, reporting and improvements in control environment in the management letter, and other communications with client’s management; • Drafting of the final audit documents for review by partners;

As a Senior Associate I was responsible for gathering and analyzing financial and other information related to an audit. I drafted an audit related document requests based on the information reviewed and assisted the Audit Manager with the day-to-day tasks of each audit. I was participating in audit related meetings and conference calls and preparing audit deliverables for PwC clients I was in a charge of. I was also responsible for delegating assignments to Associates and Data Entry Specialists (PwC Shared Delivery Centre). I have to ensure the accuracy and quality of all delegated assignments and regular review of these assignments.I was reviewing audit status reports on a regular basis and presenting both verbally and in writing, the progress on an audit to the engagement team and Firm principals.
