I have dedicated my career to the motorcycle industry, where I’ve held key roles that span over two decades. My professional journey began after I co-founded a motorcycle dealership in 2004. However, after two years, I left due to differences with my partner, realizing that managing a shop full-time wasn’t aligned with my goals.I then joined ThreeSixty S.L., the importer for FOX Racing in Spain, starting as a sales representative and rapidly advancing to Brand Manager. In this role, I was responsible for selecting and purchasing new collections, managing the sales network, and collaborating with key distributors. Unfortunately, the company closed in 2009.After this, I founded BeeParts to become a distributor for FOX and SHIFT in Spain. Although I couldn’t secure the FOX distribution, I successfully imported and distributed other motorcycle-related products, including brake pads, chains, sprockets, oils, and more. However, the economic crisis and fierce competition limited my ability to grow BeeParts as intended.In 2011, I was offered the role of Sales and Area Manager at Global Racing Oil (GRO), a Spanish oil company focused on the motorcycle industry. Here, I built a comprehensive sales network across Spain and Portugal and later expanded the business into the UK, France, Italy, and Taiwan. I was responsible for growing the product range, managing sales, and establishing distributor relationships in these new markets.In September 2016, I joined Parts Europe as Product Specialist for Akrapovic. By January 2017, I was promoted to Country Sales Manager for Iberia. I built and led a team of nine freelance agents who worked exclusively for Parts Europe, covering Spain, Portugal, and Andorra. Under my leadership, our sales network grew exponentially. I also managed events like MXGP and MOTOGP, where I used my industry contacts to create enhanced customer experiences, including access to team boxes and interactions with riders. Additionally, I developed dynamic roadshows with brand presentations that activated pre-sales and improved forecasting for new collections.
