I am a health and fitness professional who works on creating and bringing solutions in health and fitness to the UAW/ford Motor Company community for the past 7 years. I have a Masters in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise and Sport Science from Wayne State University with strong expertise in human movement. I love to use my experience to help to make healthcare better and make an impact on people’s lives. I have proven the ability to combine teamwork and initiative with integrity and work ethic to achieve successful client satisfaction and revenue for our company. Some of my responsibilities and achievements are:-Collaborate and build relationships with Ford and UAW management team to bring health and fitness to the Ford community.-Developed and conducted learning sessions to market our service offerings on helping to recruit more clients.-The Led event development team for an annual obstacle race.-Led coach consultations to build more personal relationships with the clients to offer the best service.I also have 2 years of experience working with the brain and spinal cord patients in a clinical setting (NeuroRehab campus at Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers:-Performing health care tasks such as monitoring vital signs, administration of medications, and care of gastrostomy tube.-Managing inventory and patient records for care and medication daily tracker.I did an internship as a strength and conditioning coach in the strength and conditioning department at Wayne State University where I was able to coach college athletes. Also, I did an internship as a Corporate Wellness intern at EXOS at the DTE headquarters in Detroit.
