In the Hubertus Tunnel project I perform a quality scan every 2 months using the Quality Scan (Q-Scan). Based on the results, the team determines (during a joint workshop led by me) which areas for improvement should be addressed in the project.With each subsequent scan, the effect of the improvement points will be examined based on the linked metric and an additional scan.

All results of the test runs are recorded in a test report per sprint.During the internal test runs and also the FAT, formal test scripts are used that are based on test design techniques. The client attached extra value to this, so that they can gain and maintain better insight into the coverage of the tests. In addition, it must also be possible to trace the requirements back to the test cases and findings by maintaining a traceability matrix.The tests are carried out by the project's test team. The tests are carried out in a test setup with duplicate regular and safety PLCs that are linked to a Win CC OA server.
