In the Hubertus Tunnel project I perform a quality scan every 2 months using the Quality Scan (Q-Scan). Based on the results, the team determines (during a joint workshop led by me) which areas for improvement should be addressed in the project.With each subsequent scan, the effect of the improvement points will be examined based on the linked metric and an additional scan.

With a team of Business Analysts, we had workshops with every department within the Agency to collect the requirements in the form of User Stories. Ultimately, approximately 1.2 million items can be stored in the (fully automatic) warehouse (shuttle). Installations such as conveyors, workstations and packaging machines are supplied by various suppliers (from different European countries). The testing and coordination of the signal lists was difficult because it was the supplier's first offshore project. This involved one day of transferring theory and one and a half day of letting the operators practice using assignments and scenarios. To this end, I drew up a Master Test Plan in which I described the general verification and validation strategy for the project. Every 4-week sprint a release is FAT together with the client. During the sprint, the backlog items are tested separately during internal test runs. All results of the test runs are recorded in a test report per sprint.During the internal test runs and also the FAT, formal test scripts are used that are based on test design techniques. The client attached extra value to this, so that they can gain and maintain better insight into the coverage of the tests. In addition, it must also be possible to trace the requirements back to the test cases and findings by maintaining a traceability matrix.The tests are carried out by the project's test team. The tests are carried out in a test setup with duplicate regular and safety PLCs that are linked to a Win CC OA server. With reference to a Simbabox and WinMod, the PLC IO of the bridge technical installation is simulated.Site Acceptance Tests were carried out on the bridge by the test team based on: the SAT test plan I prepared.Result: For each sprint I wrote a sprint test plan to describe the testing approach.
