As the Global Sales Director at SenzoLive, I led a distributed global team supporting clients on their space utilization and real estate optimization needs with SenzoLive’s data and analytics capabilities and cutting-edge proprietary technology.In charge of the operations and partnerships in the APAC region.SenzoLive was acquired by Steerpath in November 2019.___SenzoLive provides accurate, real-time data for workspace optimization and smart buildings technology connectivity and integration. SenzoLive is an agile, dynamic, fast-moving and client-centric company operating globally from Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and Australia.

At Steelcase, I had the opportunity to be part of the Global Client Collaboration Team covering the Asia Pacific Region. As Global Account Manager, part of my role involved: building long-term relationships with some of the company’s largest accounts; identifying and aligning their business; managing contracts and supporting daily operations to name a few. I managed a portfolio of clients mainly in the technology sector as well as in finance and logistics industries. ___Steelcase SCS (NYSE) is a leading manufacturer of furniture for offices, hospitals, and classrooms. Steelcase furniture is inspired by innovative research in workspace design.

As the Leader for special projects, I designed and implemented different internal strategic initiatives, from HR, to IT operations and supported key accounts client relationships and lead specific new projects pitching processes. 
 ★ Key Contributions:- Built an important client portfolio through sales and initiate project opportunities through lead generation.- Leader in the project pitching process and conduct tender presentations for both new and existing clients.- Member of Space Matrix Management Committee for Workplace Asia.___Space Matrix is a dynamic and agile digital design consultancy enterprise empowered by their industry knowledge, expertise, quality and cost using the best technology to create aesthetic and functional spaces.

During my role as Studio Lead, I directed a multi disciplinary team of 6-10 members working on interior design and built commercial projects across Asia. I ensured the proper delivery of strategic solutions, interior design proposals and design executions valued from $200K to S$3M per project. ★ Key Contributions:- Provided innovative workplace strategic plans and interior design concepts for corporate offices across Asia Pacific and the Middle 
East. 
- Oversaw and inspected on-site construction, ensuring a seamless execution from design concept stage to client hand-over.- Led discussions and workshops with clients’ internal stakeholders on workplace programming

As a Senior Designer, I acted as Project Lead for the interior design consultancy team, designed and build commercial projects across different regions. ★ Key Contributions:- Delivered over 600K sq ft worth of projects across Asia, Middle East and North America. 
- Created new existing client design standards, policies and workplace guidelines for project implementation. 
- Successfully managed design, project execution and client management of pioneer projects in Canada, South Korea and UAE. 
- Collaborated with real estate departments on the selection of client sites to ensure perfect fit based on space requirements and 
building services offerings.- Liaised with industry vendors (contractors, FF&A and others) to provide the best possible solution for clients based on design 
proposals, budget and project timeline. 
- Negotiated project fees, contracts and proposals for construction materials, furniture and finishes local and international suppliers and contractors.

Through out this time, I transited from architecture and master planning focused work to interior design consultancy and design aimed to build commercial projects. I quickly undertook a deep learning curve from 'architect' to 'designer' role, being able to take lead of the design development of more important projects with time.

As and Architect and designer, I coordinated large scale residential and commercial developments acting as Project Architect from the concept design all the way to the detail design stage. I built enhanced project pitching presentations for new clients and research data for corporate symposiums. ★ Key Contributions:
- Awarded the 2012 International Property Awards in the High-rise Architecture Philippines Category for Acqua Private Residences.- Developed multiple urban planning and city development projects across Asia Pacific- Multiple developments in Metro Manila supporting one of the largest local developers. ___Broadway Malyan is a global architecture, urbanism and design practice distinguished by their global reach with 16 studios across world centers and 500+ design experts.

Started off as an intern, as part of the International Master-planning team covering EMEA and Middle-East. It was my first overseas working experience while in Architecture School in Spain and quickly escalated into my first official role as a firm architect, accountable for collaborating urban planning design and city developments for North America, Europe and the Middle East. Among other responsibilities, I generated creative materials and blue-print drafts for client presentations while coordinating and sourcing design elements from various overseas-based consultants.
