Senior IT program management leader and a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in delivering program management, process improvement, solutions and services delivery, and requirements analysis. I hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMO certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and I have extensive skills in program and portfolio management, strategic planning, customer relationship management, and agile project management.I am also the founder and president of HomeQuest Properties, LLC, and HomeQuest Equity LLC, two private equity companies that focus on partnering with best-in-class multifamily commercial partners, operators, and private equity investors in the acquisition, management, optimization, and disposition of multifamily assets. My mission is to provide our investors and principals with one of the best investment alternatives to the stock market and other traditional investment vehicles, by leveraging my expertise in multifamily real estate investment, market research, and relationship-building.
