Over 18 years of experience in tax, with an extensive experience analyzing tax and corporate structures, tax planning, tax compliance, transfer pricing, due diligence, Brazilian CFC rules, accounting and tax advisory in companies from different industry sectors, such as: manufacturing, consumer products and services, among others;Responsible for managing, consolidating and reviewing tax reports of more than 300 abroad subsidiaries, located in approximately 30 countries, in order to support, as well as measure the possible impacts on the calculation of CFC Rules in the Brazilian parent company;Responsible for preparing quarterly and annual reports which contains provision for income tax, analysis of the effective tax rate in Brazil and abroad, elaboration of footnotes that are included in financial statements disclosed publicly, among other activities related to the area;Collaborates and monitors internal and/or external audits processes, validating reports arising from these processes, seeking to measure and control the adequacy of the area in order to be compliant with quality systems and current legislation;As a tax manager at a Big4, I had the opportunity to participate in projects such as: tax compliance together with the audit team, review of tax returns, tax planning and projects related to the identification, measurement and operationalization of tax opportunities;Strong leadership skills and ability to build trusting relationships, analytical attitude combined with technical capacity and multidisciplinary knowledge, always looking for innovative solutions that bring the best results and mitigate risks;Engagement in the development of high performance teams and knowledge sharing.
