I'm currently pursuing my Master of Information and Data Science at the UC Berkeley School of Information (graduating 2025). I'm passionate about building solutions enhanced with ML and AI capabilities, and vehement to keep updated in the latest research and advancements in the field. Some projects I've enjoyed working on:- Currently Data Scientist Associate at BBVA, I'm part of the pipeline that develops and evaluates statistical models for risk management, ensuring statistical integrity and adherence to global regulatory standards.- Fine-tuning LLMs with different architectures and enhanced with RAG to generate expert responses to open-ended questions in the field of AI. Testing different retrieval, embedding and prompt configurations.- Researching the impact of context and few-shot samples fed to LLMs to improve comprehension and reasoning in comprehension and summarization tasks.- Building web scrapers to collect training datasets for LLMs, successfully retrieving data from thousands of web pages.Feel free to leave a note in your connection request if we haven't met!
