DSV/Panasonic Quality Process & QMS Supervisor Quality Process Supervisor:• Taking care of quality claims reported by customers such as Toyota, Honda, GM, Stellantis, Nissan, Subaru, Ford, Volkswagen at their assembly plants.• Deploying internal containments and sorts at Panasonic warehouse due to quality concerns; monitoring fallout during internal sort.• Performing root cause analysis for complaints coming from customer assembly plants in OEM portals and providing corrective actions.QMS Supervisor:• Managing controlled documentation in a Quality Management System (Quality Information System - QIS).• Ensuring meeting requirements such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.• Performing and establishing layered process audits.

In charge of analyze and test ZF product in the quality lab, regarding OEM’s claims to determine if ZF warranty is claimable or not. Providing a full report to customer depending on the responsibility of the claim. Developing 8Ds and providing solution regarding customer concerns.

Quality inspections (functional, cosmetic, touch, chamber) of LCD’s from AUO, Innolux and SHARP for Panasonic, Aptiv, Visteon, Denso Ten, Delphi and Alcom.

Manufacturing restraints automotive systems for OEM’s such as Ford, FCA, GM.
