As ATC Supervisor, I am responsible for the enroute sectors of Barcelona FIR/UIR for the duration of my shift. That includes deciding on the tactical configuration of sectors in the control room, monitoring controllers' duties and workload, coordinating with other ATS units and ACC departments, and managing any kind of extraordinary circumstance that may occur, such as adverse weather conditions or flight emergencies.
