This role focused on the development and launch of new SaaS and hybrid cloud Information Management solutions for Canon's B2B customers, the first programme of its kind in Canon EMEA.- Targeting €5 million of cost optimisation, I project managed the onboarding of new services onto a a new multi-cloud PaaS platform to generate future revenue through hybrid and SaaS services.- Introduced a new proposition framework for with a strong focus on UX, competitive benchmarking and customer journey mapping to optimise product development & GTM approach. This approach was applied to the development of the SaaS service that the team took to market as Cloud Workspace Collaboration in 2020.- Scoped and co-created new sales enablement tools to empower a traditionally hardware-focused salesforce to sell new cloud services, in collaboration with Business Development and Learning teams.

- Ensured customer-facing user guides were localised and fulfilled for B2C product launches.- Worked with European Sales Organisations, Canon Inc., localisation and print vendors to deliver projects.
