Miami Open - Media and Court SupportIn the 2023 tournament, I worked as an administrator on the media team. We managed the entire media area, including reporters, photographers, the press room, and player interviews. In the 2023 and 2024 tournaments, I worked with the court support team. We took care of the tournament courts, supervising them to ensure they were ready for play.Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix - Ticket Operations and Guest Experience In the 2023 race, I worked in the Ticket Operations team. We were in charge of supervising the access gates to the event and assisting attendees with purchasing and finding tickets through various platforms. In the 2024 race, I was a member of the Guest Experience team. I supervised one of the event zones, ensuring that attendees had an unforgettable experience.

Participated in the organization of the NHL All-Star Festival event in Florida. Festival in which hockey fans are given the opportunity to interact with the sport. My responsibilities included training the ambassadors prior to the event. Greeting guests and ensuring a fun and safe atmosphere throughout the event. Provided information, directional assistance and other guest services, as well as hospitality support. Facilitated fan and family participation at the event and performed other skill-testing and interactive activities.
