For over a decade, I have had some success as a corporate lawyer and as a compliance officer in the management of compliance programs across Canada, Central America, South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia. I have also managed ethics programs in Latin America for over 400,000 employees.At Walmart, I was a member of the Executive Committee and General Counsel of Walmart Argentina (Legal, Ethics, Compliance, Anticorruption, and Labor Relations), VP of International Compliance, VP and Latin America Regional Ethics Officer, and VP of US Human Resources.I have led large geographically dispersed teams with diverse skill sets and I have invested time in training and mentoring people to ensure organizational growth and professional development. I was a member of the Advisory Board of the Hispanic Initiative at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, a member of the Board of Advisors at American National University, and a member of the Board of Directors of the National Hispanic Corporate Counsel.
