Conduct project and initiative analysis to identify personal data protection risks and propose mitigation recommendations;Develop and maintain policies, manuals, and procedures related to personal data protection;Promote the culture and practices of privacy by design and privacy by default;Develop personal data protection awareness campaigns for internal audiences;Act to meet legal and regulatory requirements related to personal data protection applicable to the company;Handle requests from data subjects and meet the requirements of the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD);Develop relevant personal data protection technical and managerial indicators and reports;Provide support for internal and external audits;Support the consent management process;Support the cookie management process;Assist in updating and reviewing the Personal Data Inventory (Data Mapping);Assist in conducting the Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA);Conduct Legitimate Interest Analysis (LIA);Support the maintenance of the personal data flow register;Support the management and automation of the personal data protection guidelines monitoring process.

- Response to customer RFP's and RFQ's.- Analysis of customers contracts, focusing on clauses on Privacy and Information Security.- Support in creating and reviewing Information Security policies, based on ISO 27001.- Support in creating and reviewing privacy and personal data protection policies.- Support in the company's privacy program, with focus on LGPD.- Support in answering requests from data owners- Support in the analysis of new projects, seeking to implement the concepts of privacy by design since the conception of each project presented.
