For me the most important thing in leading an organization is having the people as your first priority, by having empathy, humble, leading by example and working to develop new leaders! I have a degree in engineer, and started my career as a technical person which trained myself in logical way of thinking, trying to solve all kinds of problems with my left size of my brain :). I was also very fascinated by other topics where I was able to practise other skills like leading, negotiation, strategy, sales, tactical movement, economics, which brought me others points of view and challenges. I am not in a position to teach anyone (I am still learning each day, some times with my own mistakes), but if you allow me to say something important to my career is always be open to learn more! Each day is an opportunity for growth, searching for new ways of doing things (no matter whats the subject, professional or personal). Always be a better person than you were yesterday!
