■ Institutionalize practices across different areas of expertise in the PSEG Nuclear Innovation portfolio (i.e.: Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Robotics/Autonomous Systems, Chemistry, Information Technology Infrastructure, Wireless Technology, 810 Compliance, Regulatory Oversight, Government Funding). This includes the development of program documentation where emerging innovation practices are controlled, and organizational stakeholders/areas of process intersection (i.e.: existing PSEG Policies, Practices, Procedures, T&RMs, PIAs, etc.) are documented. ■ Implement Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) innovation projects across the PSEG nuclear fleet. This includes obtaining applicable qualifications/training (Wireless Compliance, Drones/Remotely Operated Vehicles, 10 CFR Part 810/Exports Controls, sensor fusion, object-oriented programming, Business Intelligence, etc.) and establishing requisite relationships with SMEs across the business and industry.■ Tactfully manage stakeholder relationships at the contributor, supervisory, senior and executive levels, fostering positive engagement and team alignment around the execution of the PSEG Nuclear Innovation portfolio.■ Develop Business Intelligence dashboard for +100 MM Innovation Portfolio in support of PSEG Nuclear's Strategic Business Model.■ Collaborate with PSEG's Fleet Safety Council to leverage emerging technologies (process automation, undersea robotic platforms, AR/VR training) to reduce occupational risk and deliver fix-it-forever solutions to occupational safety challenges.■ Establish effective working relationships across our business and industry partners (i.e.: EPRI Data-driven Decision Making Working Group, EPRI Plant Modernization Working Group, INPO Data Science Working Group, PSEG Enterprise Data and Analytics Community of Practice among others).

■ Lead Responsible Engineer• Develop engineering upgrades for large assets, including substantial facilitation across the firm (i.e.: Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Licensing). My scope of responsibility includes structural upgrades for a 3600-MW steam generator set, hydraulic upgrades for a 1200-MW main generator and long-term seal package upgrades for eight Reactor Coolant Pumps. • Provide direct oversight, schedule tracking and facilitation for internal, contract and vendor personnel during critical refueling operations• Integrate SAP-Excel systems to autonomously analyze thousands of work requests and generate prioritization reports, eliminating considerable managerial burden• Lead systematic fact-finding during root cause investigations, providing tactful diplomacy across the firm's Senior Leadership Team and technical stakeholders• Lead analysis of piping systems impacted by plant modifications and in-service wear. The scope of responsibility includes the generation of pipe stress software input, pipe support verifications, nozzle load analysis, equipment acceleration checks and preparation of design change packages.

■ Lead Software Engineer for the Nuclear Design Analysis Software (NDAS) Initiative NDAS is a full-stack software application developed to streamline the generation of calculations and other engineering documentation across the nuclear industry.NDAS processes common design information and distributes it to clients (i.e.: thermal-hydraulic design, piping design, pipe support design, drafting, plant simulator, etc.).
