Wang-Collaborative software development of high-order parallel CFD solvers based on the Flux reconstruction (FR/CPR) method for industrial turbulent flow applications. Implemented using C/C++, MPI and CUDA on Linux platforms.-Compared methods to reduce the computational cost of Large Eddy Simulations for industrial flow applications on heterogeneous computing systems, including the Summit supercomputer.-Accelerated the CFD solver with the CUDA programming model for GPUs. Participated in three Hackathons organized by Nvidia and Oak Ridge Leadership Computing Facility. -Development of acceleration techniques such as p-multigrid, Mach number preconditioning, GMRES solver and different preconditioners.-Proposed different communication strategies on multi-GPU clusters to improve parallel efficiency for LES of transitional flows over turbine blades in turbomachinery.-Developed a matrix-free GMRES solver on multi-GPU clusters for LES of turbomachinery flows and high-lift configuration of aircrafts.

-Research assistant in Computational Fluid Dynamics.-Master Thesis: "Efficient implementation of an implicit high-order spectral difference method"-Prof. Adviser: João Luiz Filgueiras de Azevedo-Evaluated the difference in performance between implicit time solvers on a 2-D Compressible Navier-Stokes solver based on the high-order Spectral Difference method using Fortran language. Implicit time solvers include the GMRES method alongside different preconditioners and the LU-SGS algorithm. -Generated meshes using ICEM CFD and performed CFD simulations with the CFD++ software over a sounding rocket configuration (Brazilian Sonda III rocket).
