• Development of tools for banking automation with the focus of providing efficiency gains for the investors team whilst still guaranteeing a taylor made experience for the institution’s clients, racking up to around R$ 250 thousand in yearly savings and reducing around 60 hours of work monthly across the team.• Support the team leaders in the prospection and development of new projects, presentations, management reports, KPI’s and other minor tasks.• On top of the economic status in a global and national scenario and the motives that lead to different allocations in each client’s accounts.

As Research Director, I was responsible for coordinating the members in the elaboration of investment theses and reports, providing feedbacks, and bringing the group closer to financial entities. I was also a member of the committee, aiding the League in all administrative decisions.
