• Providing customer service, consultation and advice to clients on matters related to their property and liability insurance programs.
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients including scheduling andattending regularly and follow up meetings to understand the nature of their businesses and their commercial insurance needs.
• Review coverage wordings for each renewal and make enhancements where possible.
• Provide a thorough review and analysis of renewal information; including but not limited to, coverage, limits, loss history, and exposures.

• Assist with obtaining reports and meeting with clients regarding claims, risk management, and safety; to be done monthly or quarterly, as necessary.
• Control and coordinate the implementation process of renewals, including renewal meetings, and delivery of administrative resource materials.
• Liaise between client and carrier on escalated service issues and problem solving, assuring clients their concerns remain active until verifiably complete and confirmed.
• Manage own workload in order to effectively service the client relationship and ensure placements are completed within client deadlines.
• Provide technical and administrative support to leadership on other tasks as they arise, such as assigned special projects, development of new ideas/services as requested.
• Make proactive, regularly scheduled and follow up calls to assigned accounts.

Dominican Republic

• Work with leadership teams, assist in development and implementation of integrated marketing budget, campaign planning, management, execution and reporting.
• Assist in new product launch and development of go-to-market strategies; work with Digital Marketing to develop and fine-tune segmentation strategies; design campaign for successful marketing to promising distribution.
• Assist in development of analytical process to identify tactical marketing opportunities.
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
