My mission is to create innovative, high-quality digital solutions while promoting human and organizational development in the companies I collaborate with.In the field of web development, I specialize in building websites, mobile apps, and web solutions for managing operational processes. I am driven by the challenge of creating digital products that not only meet clients' needs but also enhance their growth and competitiveness in the market.Until January 2024, I served as the Administration and People Manager at TRANSVE S.A, a leading company in the vertical transportation industry. In this role, I defined and led strategic guidelines for the company’s support areas, optimizing processes at both managerial and operational levels. I implemented intervention programs that significantly improved workplace climate, productivity, engagement, and talent retention. Additionally, I managed the supply chain, continuous improvement, general services, and information technology, contributing to the company’s increased efficiency and competitiveness.As a USPA-certified skydiver with a C License and over 450 jumps, I am also deeply committed to skydiving as a space for personal and professional development.
