Responsible for the microservices architecture and technical lead of digital capabilities as senior leader for 5 scrum cells that implemented pilots of Credits, Wallet, Minor Enterprises, Major Enterprises and Saving Accounts.The project was about an strategic transformation to Banco Estado from a traditional architecture to a digital one oriented to microservices, enabling a series of architecture capabilities that will allow answer to the needs of the future. Those capabilities are provided by:Microservices, that provide modularity and scalability base in business needs instead of digital limitations. Use of Node.js to provide flexible, scalable and light messaging.DevOps process, that allows segregation of functionalities in microservices, enabling continuous integration, continuous deployment of Docker containers and boosted by a Scrum agile process.API Management, that enable generate new digital business to the Bank in terms of communication and management of the internal functionalities with third parties.Omnichannel and responsive applications, that allow an unified experience to the clients. Use of HTML5 + CSS + JS in all channels.Hybrid architecture, use of native capabilities of mobile devices (IOs, Android and Windows Phone) in combination with web applications based in Angular and Node.js.BigData in a Datalake (Cloudera), for process and storage big volumes of information that enable analytics, maching learning and predictive behavior capabilities.Rapid Prototyping with accelerators in light technologies like Node.js and Angular, packing them in Docker containers that enable a infrastructure flexible and scalable on premise or cloud.

Supplier Management Process - Sodimac

Implementation of the process that enable the management of suppliers at a world wide scale. Also, we carried out an organizational transformation in terms of technology and structure with Java EE Web with the PrimeFaces Framework, using Scrum methodology. Additionally I provided technology and methodology training to multiple teams within the Sodimac organization.

Implementation of a Business Process Management (BPM) of letter of instruction for the back-office, that has for goal optimize, automatize and incorporate new functionalities to give more and better service to the final client.My role was lead of architecture, defining the solution from the technical side and also managing the project with the agile methodology playback. Expert in Java EE technology, BPM Architect, SOA Architect and referent in automatized tests with Selenium.

Pmo Fusion - Hdi Seguros

PMO for the fusion of HDI Seguros and Aseguradora Magallanes (two assurance companies), with the goal of manage, support and centralize the projects for the fusion program.My role was PMO with 3 technical projects; tracing, managing risks and problems, and reporting directly to the company board. I lead a dynamic of warroom with goal of speed up the QA phase of the projects.

Center Of Excellence Java - Banco Estado

Desing and implementation of a Center of Excellence in Java, with the goal of help the client to apply best practices and methodologies of the industry for future Java projects in the organization.In the Center of Excellence we implemented rapid prototyping capabilities with a Java framework and Continuous Integration (Quality Code Analysis, Unit Test, Code Coverage, Regression Tests, Performance Tests, Security Tests and automatized deployment) using the task manager Jenkins.My role was expert in Java EE technology and referent in integration with SOA Systems and automatized testing.

Optimization Of Critical Process In The Regional Credit Platform - Banco Itaú

Analysis, design and implementation for the optimization of critical sections in the process of credit origination, with the goal of improve the user experience and performance of the IBM BPM System.My role was referent of architecture for the analysis and desing of the solution, working directly with the BPM Developer Team in Germany, United States and Canada.

The project developed all the software life cyle in the Process of Credit Origination for all Itaú Latin America; with the end goal of creation, evaluation and execution of an credit proposalI was involved in the planning, coordination, tracking of activities in all the software life cycle. Analysis of the As-Is and To-Be architecture. Proof of concept in IBM BPM 8. Design, development and configuration of the credit process in the BPM tool. SOA architect in the analysis, desing and development of applications with Java EE technologies. Management of pre-production environments. Functional support in integrated and user tests.

Analysis and design of a system for control, automatization and taxes management in importation products.My role was lead architect for the solution and technical referent. Cost estimation and planning in the implementation phase of the system.
