I have worked on 3D flash NAND development. From September of year 2011 I have worked on RWB of first Phase Change Memory product in 45nm technology with DDR2 interface for wireless application achieving product qualification for mobile application and product ramp up in production. From May of year 2013 I have worked on RWB of first Phase Change Memory product in 32nm technology achieving product qualification. From end of year 2014 I have started to work on 3D Flash NAND development achieving 100s/110s/120s 3D Micron NAND MLC/TLC product qualification for Mobile/Automotive/ SSD market

I have worked on Read Window Budget on MLC flash NOR in 45nm technology for Wireless applications. I have assured that the products have enough read margin on distribution of levels in order to meet the Usage Models requirements and can be manifactured. The Flash NOR products need to achieve a normalized CpK≥1.0 in distribution levels margins before final Qual in order to remove RWB from the critical path of HVM production.RWB on flash memory assure the best compromise between performance, reliability, power consumption, costs, play on product trim, product feature, cell and process capability, design choices looking to characterization data and identify the main detractors to available Read Window Margin in order to reduce the impact looking for the best compromise between main constrains and assuring defined product specsI have lead a team of 4 people that is responsible of RWB of Flash NOR 45nm development.

In this period I have worked on, qualified and supported production of 32MBit/64Mbit/128Mbit/256Mbit/512Mbit/1Gbit SBC and MLC flash NOR memory in standalone, stacked and multistacked packages with PSRAM, DRAM and SRAM for Wireless applications. I'm responsible at final test level of development of 180nm,130nm,90nm,65nm flash NOR technology and industrialization in mass production of flash NOR based product in standalone and stacked package with RAM . My main job purposes was:1. To assure testability at final test level of all Wireless NOR based products in all back end testing plants and final testing subcontractors used by MPG developing the need ATE test programs at FT level on Advantest testers.2. To manage the engineering activities to ensure that MPG products meet customer requirements in terms of quality and reliability and also to ensure that products meet yield and test cost targets of Division developing the need test screen and test time reduction to testing flow that assure the requested productivity and screen coverage.3. To ensure profitable levels of productivity at final test in using testing equipment, in order to maximize testing capability.4. Interact with design/process/R&D/QA/Probe testing/marketing/Char teams in order to reach full product industrialization and meet customers need.5. To guide and train colleagues in Back End Testing team in Catania to increase inter-dependence, quantity and quality of the work.

In 2001 I was employed by ST Microelectronics in Catania as product engineer. I worked in Final Test department of MPG (Memory Product Group) division on Flash memories for wireless applications.
