I also do these in regular basis:▪ Carry periodical reviews of UX and customer feedback. ▪ Plan and act accordingly to feedback from customers and team. ▪ Smoke, sanity, functional, regression, usability, cross-browser testing.▪ Test for compatibility across multiple browsers and devices.▪ Ensure effective communication and coordination between stakeholders of projects.▪ Prepare and update test cases by analyzing user stories throughout the project development.▪ Create automation test scenarios using Selenium, Java, Python, Kotlin (Android).▪ Prepare detailed test summary reports.▪ Plan, schedule, and perform manual and automated testing.▪ Support the QA and development teams in ensuring testability and sustainable infrastructure.

▪ Lead software testing strategies and product development processes.▪ Provide leadership and mentoring to staff on a daily basis.▪ Optimize product feedback and help the development team address it in sprints.▪ Guide and manage testing initiatives and efforts. ▪ Perform functional and usability software testing. ▪ Ensure the platform behaves as expected by members and stakeholders while providing valuable information on usability to help the UX team produce a great user experience.▪ Help Interaction Design and User Experience students to advance their careers, and many times, help people on their transition from professional areas to UX Design.

▪ As a Product Operations Manager I led the QA Team and Product Development projects in the industry of payments, POS hardware, payment-related-enhanced reporting applications, and wireless data transmission. ▪ Led QA team in certification activities with FirstData/Fiserv and other financial services companies.▪ Services optimization, product refinement, test plans development, product requirements, and the creation, tracking, and maintenance of customer support plans. ▪ Led the certification of payment application software with FirstData/Fiserv - EMV payment technology and PCI - PA DSS security standard, combining hardware and software. ▪ Provided guidelines and leadership for a team of two technical writers in order to create the +20 (mandatory) different documents and implementation guides required to achieve the PCI - PA DSS certification.▪ Created a plan and work process where functional software testing activities were refined and up to an agile focused development team.▪ Accountable for customer support and certification process assistance in all early stages of two EMV payment-related software projects, reaching over 100K users in the first two years.
