I design solar PV grid-tie, off-grid and hybrid systems from residential to commercial scale. Over 2500 projects approved in Florida. Broad experience with NEC 2020, ASCE 7 Hurricane Wind Loads, FBC 2023, NFPA 1 and local requirements. Experience designing off-grid systems from small applications to residential (DC and AC coupled). Big part of my experience has been using Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, Hoymiles, SMA, Schneider, Outback, Sol-Ark among others. I also have experience on Site Surveys, systems commissioning and troubleshooting. I am a Professional Engineer, Contractor, NABCEP PV Design Specialist, OSHA Certified and Mini-Schnauzer fan. Bilingual English and Spanish. I love engineering, hardcore engineering. I get deep into technical stuff uncomfortably fast.
