Reporting to Supply Chain Manager for Europe South. Responsible for Supply Chain and Customer Service in Iberia with 25 direct reports and member of the Country Local Leadership Team.Planning, execution, control, and supervision of supply chain and customer service activities in Iberia in collaboration with local and regional teams, driving continuous improvement efforts and ensuring that entire supply chain is integrated to meet goals.

Reporting to Market Distribution Operations Manager EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Responsible for operational and tactical management of logistic local operations in France and Iberia in cooperation with regional warehouse and international transportation teams. Leading, coaching and developing the teams of Distribution controllers in France and Iberia in order to support local organisations and to implement the Supply Chain and Logistics Execution strategies and standards, being the only representation of EMEA Supply Chain Logistics Execution in the markets.Operative relationship managing with service providers to ensure that local market distribution operations meet the service level agreed with customers with a continuous improvement of best operational standards.Plan, execute and support tendering processes and negotiations with local service providers together with regional Procurement & Logistics Management teams.

Reporting to Distribution Operations Manager West Europe. Responsible for all logistic activities in Iberia, including the single central warehouse placed in Madrid, and in cooperation with international transportation teams. Operational and tactical representative of EMEA Supply Chain Logistics Execution on the market collaborating with other business functions to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.

Reporting initially to Spanish Logistic Director and later to Distribution Manager Cluster Mediterranean. Responsible for all warehouse logistic operations, including the inbound transportation, in Iberia market (Spain and Portugal) with a single central warehouse of 15.022 m2 placed in Madrid and 24 hours of service level for all Spain and Portugal. Warehouse fully computerized equipped with radiofrequency and SAP R/3 (WMS module)

Reporting to Southern Europe Warehouse Director. Responsible for all logistic operations in Andorra, Aragón, Baleares, Cataluña and Levante including the distribution and the multiproduct warehouse placed in Barcelona with 18.750 m2, more than 2.800 SKU’s (references) and 3.000 shipping points. Central warehouse also in Iberia for Motorcycle and Bicycle tires. I got the warehouse certification according to ISO 9001 Standard 2000 edition and I ensured the fulfillment of the valid legislation in issues of Labor Risk Prevention.

Reporting to Iberia Logistic Management Control Manager. Annual budget preparation and monthly monitoring of all logistics costs to final customers including: factory and distribution warehouses, long haul transportation, hubs and final radial distribution transport. Development and implementation of logistic cost allocation model by product business unit based on activities.

Reporting to Spanish Logistic Director. Quality & reliability study of central warehouse in Madrid and cost to serve analysis of logistic flows for Spanish market from plants to final customers.

Reporting to General Manager, I got an end-to-end view of all company processes from the initial commercial negotiation phase through the supply, warehousing till delivery to customers.
