Responsible for managing and carrying out projects to serve Private Banking areas in Brazil, including support areas and the IT department with a team of individuals from Brazil, the US, and India. Managed a local team of seven developers and IT business analysts for five years. Reported to the Head of Private Banking Technology Latin America in the US.Hired and implemented a funds processing system for TOTVS, allowing external custodian agent data to be mirrored to ensure validation and availability of comprehensive business data.Developed the local back-office integration system with the international Private Banking front office developed by Geneva and the US teams to decommission local legacy systems, consolidating other systems according to the bank’s strategy.Participated in the company integration process and conducted system and data transfers from Gavea Investimentos to JPMorgan’s infrastructure, consolidating and integrating systems between both institutions to unify their business.

In charge of supporting the deployment of the Investment Banking Latin America back-office system in Brazil, developed by JPMorgan’s technology hub in Chile.Conducted requirements gathering, clarification of processes and rules for local products, and coordinated back-office and technology teams in Brazil and the team in Chile while also helping develop customizations for Java application components.

Responsible for maintaining and supporting the production of the Investment Banking system for Latin America, fulfilling the needs of branches in Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia, and encompassing several products, such as fixed and varied revenue, derivatives, and exchange rates.

Developed systems for the Asset & Wealth Management line of business in Brazil:- Proprietary systems for end-to-end management of investment fund liabilities, including reports, transaction and position processes, tax calculations with loss compensation, and accounts.- Integration with Banco Itaú to help outsource hosting services and reduce operational costs.
