Eduardo Rossi é Presidente do Conselho de Administração da Península, empresa de investimentos da família Abilio Diniz e da qual faz parte há 14 anos. É Presidente do Conselho do Instituto Península, braço social da empresa. Rossi é membro também dos Conselhos de Administração do Carrefour na França e no Brasil.Possui mais de 20 anos de experiência em gestão de empresas familiares, asset management, fusões e aquisições. Foi Vice-Presidente do JP Morgan, em Nova York, além de possuir passagens por relevantes instituições financeiras globais. Rossi played a key role in Península's capital increases in both Carrefour Brazil and Carrefour Global, the IPO of Carrefour Brazil, the support for the selection of the Global CEO, among other strategic company milestones.With over 20 years of experience in managing family businesses, asset management, mergers, and acquisitions, Rossi was formerly the Vice President at JP Morgan in New York and has held positions at other significant global financial institutions. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from FGV and an MBA with honors from Columbia University, where he has been a board member of the Global Family Enterprise Program from 2018 to 2023.
