I started the position of First Officer (F/O) at Atlantic Air Solutions, where we specialize in short-haul charter flights. My role involves maintaining a high standard of safety and standardized Crew Resource Management (CRM) to operate in isolated and uncommon airports. Continuous training is essential to operate efficiently in these Airports of Destination (AD) based on the company's operations manual.I am responsible for assisting the captain in operational tasks, including cabin preparation, documentation management, and coordination with handling, fuel, etc. Additionally, I engage in the search for efficient routes, prioritizing flight time. This position has allowed me to have direct interaction with clients, providing a high standard of quality service.It's worth noting our operational involvement in organ transfers, where our response times to the company are remarkably short—60 minutes to have the aircraft ready and in the air. Personally, I find this operation gratifying as it not only assists others but also emphasizes the efficiency and speed that a pilot must possess.

I had the great opportunity to be part of Aeroclub of Castellón Flight School in the position of Head of Training. It is a complex position. I implemented an PPL Online theory program, and these procedures gave me the aptitudes to deal with heavy workloads, manage lot of documentation and contact authorities for the approval required. Also, I am in charge of scheduling flights based on the periodic maintenance of the aircraft. Furthermore, teaching students and partner of the Aeroclub in flight, acquiring an experience in being in contact and dealing with students and clients. My goal is to get the best out of themselves and at the same time practice, spread and promote aviation in a comfortable and safe environment
