o Supervising during the month end close that the results of our division are accurate and correctly reported according to our internal policies and US GAAP rules. o Distribute to our sub regions within EMEA and AP our sales and margin reports pulled from different systems and the fully allocated P&L by country for actual, previous year, plan and forecast. o Coordinate with the EMEA sub regions the forecast and business plan process, consolidate at regional level and submit the totals to our HQ, including integrated results for new acquisitions and different ERPs. o Prepare the business review template to review the course of the business with our sub regional business leads on quarterly basis.o Prepare supplementary reports to support regional sales initiatives on savings and initiatives to increase profitabilityo Compare results to plan and forecast, analyze and explain the differences. o Calculate bonuses of our sales force for monthly accruals and payment. o Supervised the statutory closing and audits for our entity in Azerbaijan.
