I am responsible for training new hires, management and upper management on kitchen procedures, front-of-house procedures, documentation, and time-management. I ensure that all staff members are able to improve their skills and performance in their assigned positions and provide guidance in order for promotion. I am held to a high standard to run kitchen at maximum performance each day to guests with an exceptional service.I am responsible for maintaining and executing daily plans for ensuring not only low labor percentage margins, but low cost-of-goods usage percentages.

Responsible for assisting a multitude of players in a myriad of in-game issues and providing quick and effective solutions or assistance. Provided objective analysis on a case by case bases to facilitate the best course of action per player support inquiry. Provided detailed documentation on any and all actions taken to facilitate end-to-end tracking. I was looked upon by colleagues to solve issues that I had more experience with.

I took ownership of each potential sale by provided my experience and knowledge of my products to my guests. Took the liberty and initiative to research any product or technologies that I was unfamiliar with. As well as, communicated with manufacturers to build a better repertoire.

I used my familiarity and passion to build an array of PC systems as if they were my own - meeting and exceeding build time requirements and adhering to build specifications. Such PCs that were handled in my care were Dell desktop, workstations and XPS gaming systems.
