With more than 15 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, cx projects and IT. I always worked directly with process and organization, believing and sharing my knowledge with teams and clients with focus on quality and results.To ensure great results and improve my knowledge i did a deep dive in business management and marketing courses, management project (PMP), Scrum, ITIL and Cobit foundation to organizational process and governance. I consider myself very organized, systematic. I believe that process is fundamental to a functional flow, besides work plan and planning, which facilitates team management, process adjustments and quality improvement. Most part of my career was doing client facing, by understanding, their KPIs always helped me to understand their needs with a high acceptance rate.
