• Reporting to the Technology and Quality Director, was responsible for the group’s packaging R&D area in the meat (Perdigão), dairy (Batavo/Elege/Cotochés) and margarine (Claybon/Doriana) product units.• Played an active role in projects and new product launchings with the objective of optimizing and standardizing technology and reducing costs, the main demands coming from the Marketing and Sales Departments, Production Units (a total of 35 plants) Procurement Department and internal initiatives of the area.• Negotiated the acquisition of packaging equipment in conjunction with the process engineering area for setting up production lines. • Certified packaging suppliers based on assessment requirements predefined in internal standards.• Developed standardization and optimization studies for packaging and processes.

• Reporting to the Packaging Manager for Latin America, was responsible for the development and negotiation of packaging for Latin America in the consumer and industrial categories, in the plastics (rigid and flexible) metal and cardboard packaging segments. • Played an active role in new product projects and launchings in conjunction with the regional marketing area, participating in everything from briefing meetings to commercializing products such as: Liza oils (metallic and PET packaging), Liza and Gourmet mayonnaise (PET and Stand Up Pouch packaging), salad dressings (PET bottles), Olívia, Maria, La Española and Gallo olive oils (metal, bottle and pouch packaging), SEARA processed meats in casings, meats and byproducts (barrier film and cardboard boxes) etc.• Was responsible for starting up assembly lines for new products, including the definition of processes, negotiation and acquisition of new equipment and final approval. • Was responsible for food safety audits, specific certification trials and tests at packaging suppliers, in conjunction with the quality area, to approve suppliers.

• Reporting to the Packaging Manager, was responsible for developing plastic, metal and cardboard packaging in various transformation systems and printing techniques, for all the group companies (Pullman, Santista, Petybom and Plus Vita).• Developed packaging in synergy with the Marketing department, participating in all development stages, from creation to launching and commercialization of products such as: margarines (PP pots), mayonnaise (pots, buckets and pouches), pasta (flexible films and boxes) breads and cakes (flexible films and boxes).• Was responsible for preparing and approving technical specifications, compatibility, machinability and resistance tests and trials.
