-Support the creation and management of individual project management plans (iPMPs) for all PHACS-affiliated Research Projects-Support the ongoing single IRB (sIRB) approval and continuing review process and troubleshoot regulatory and compliance challenges both within and across all PHACS protocols-Manage the development of innovative ways to disseminate PHACS results both within and outside of the network. -Manage the creation and leadership of a national Spanish-speaking Community Advisory Board within the PHACS network.-Coordinate collaborations with the PHACS site PIs, coordinators and staff in order to support the development, initiation and conduct of all PHACS-affiliated studies -Collaborate with the PHACS MPIs, Project Leads and PHACS-affiliated study and substudy Protocol Co-Chairs and Project Managers using synchronous project management (PM) tools and approaches across all PHACS-affiliated research projects-In collaboration with the PHACS Assistant Director of Finance, assist with supporting documentation for subawards for clinical sites.-Contribute to grant applications and annual NIH reports by managing the sections on human subjects, publications, and enrollment tables.

-Support implementation process for research protocols and substudies-Provide project management for and support the development of essential Pediatric HIV/AIDS Cohort Study (PHACS) and study-specific resources including policies and procedures, protocol amendments, enrollment reports, data collection instruments, and schedules-Identify training needs and develop new initiatives to ensure the accurate and efficient implementation of the all PHACS-affiliated protocols-Work with the Project Leads to finalize all Scopes of Work for institutions working on those projects-Develop innovative ways to disseminate PHACS results both within and outside of the network-Support the PHACS Community Advisory Board (CAB) Liaison with co-planning/facilitating monthly meetings and annual CAB retreats-Participate in the PHACS Project Management (PM) Planning Group via regular conference calls and day-to-day communications

-Coordinated procedures relating to recruitment, enrollment and tracking of study participants-Collaborated with the Principal Investigator, Program Director, data manager and protocol specialist to maintain proper implementation of the study protocol and standard operating procedures-Served as the primary point person for all communication between study participants, providers, researchers and administrators-Coordinated and facilitated the informed consent process and re-consent for study participants-Supported the Health Education and Community Core (HECC) Director in updating and maintaining study participant website content-Coordinated regular team meetings, calls and presentations between the local AMP Up Lite and PACT study teams and collaborators-Engaged with the Harvard Longwood Campus IRB & Massachusetts Department of Public Health IRB to submit ongoing modifications and yearly continuing reviews relating to study activities

Contracted by the Community Health Education Center (CHEC) at the Boston Public Health Commission to provide trainings via their community health worker certificate program. -Redeveloped the 80-hour training certificate program for Community Health Workers (CHWs). The Massachusetts core competencies for CHWs and the Boston Public Health Commission's Racial Justice & Health Equity Framework were utilized to inform the lessons.-Procured feedback from trainers and participants about the Fall 2024 training material to integrate into the final product.-Delivered the final training program which included PowerPoint slides and facilitator notes on the following topics: -Public Health Concepts & Approaches -Professional Skills -Effective Communication Skills -Community Outreach Education -Individual & Community Assessment -Community Responsiveness -Community Organizing -Community Capacity Building -Care Coordination & Healthcare System Navigation -Healthy Behavior Change -Documentation Skills
