As the Sr. Project Manager I am in charge of the direct planning, organization and monitoring of project activities to ensure that services are consistent with the client program and office standards. I act as the focal point for all communication on project and ensure that the services are delivered within the established scope, budget and schedule. I work closely with the firm’s principals developing proposals & maintaining relationships with existing clients, cultivating relationships with potential new clients and retaining existing clients.
