As the Sr. Project Manager I am in charge of the direct planning, organization and monitoring of project activities to ensure that services are consistent with the client program and office standards. I act as the focal point for all communication on project and ensure that the services are delivered within the established scope, budget and schedule. I work closely with the firm’s principals developing proposals & maintaining relationships with existing clients, cultivating relationships with potential new clients and retaining existing clients. I work closely with the CEO and VP of Business Development participating in industry events, client meetings, expos and social events, developing and retaining clients for the firm.I spearhead the contracts department for the US, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore offices, developing contract templates, processes and review as well as negotiating terms and conditions for all projects that come into the firm.I also lead the architectural design work and function as the Project Architect for many projects, and work closely with the Design Principal in setting the general aesthetic look for many of my projects.
